We stayed one night while wine tasting in the area. The front desk was very accommodating, and helpful with directions to eateries. Our room was very comfortable. And we were nicely surprised to have a small patio with chairs. The hotel has the charm of a bed and breakfast, without the high price. Although you should request a room away from the street as were heard the traffic in the early morning. The belgium made to order waffles were terrific! Would definitely stay here again!

Great for a Trip to Napa
Stayed there one night at the beginning of our journey down to Napa. Nice little town for a stopover. It would be a long walk to town if you choose to do that. The hotel was very clean, staff were great, room was a good size. It had a pool and a hot tub and we were in a very quiet part of the hotel. Contential breakfast was included, but very skimpy on items available. This hotel was close to a number of wineries in the area including "The Castle and Sterling wineries. It was a little expensive, although it was one of the more reasonabally priced for this town of expensive places to stay.

Great Spot to Explore Napa
Stayed here for 3 nights and the purpose was to locate in an area which was convenient to the rest of Napa and well priced also. The Lodge fitted the bill, Day one we spent in the northern half of the valley and day two, the southern half and visited the wineries we had picked. The Lodge is just on the fringe of Calistoga, 1 minute in the car or 5 minute walk. The room was on the 2nd floor, well maintained, and very spacious. No complaints at all, breakfast was very busy, but you could get it and bring it back to room, if their was no seating in a small dining area. Great spot and would recommend it, pool available for those who did not want to travel around the place. Would stay here again.
